We take maintenance and upkeep seriously. Our partners at Dodson Property Management work with us to ensure that our team is responsive to maintenance requests and the owners are involved in making continuous improvements to the property. The owners do personal walk-throughs following tenant move-outs and seek to improve each unit in between tenants as the units are prepared for new residents.

2022 UPDATES: New German luxury vinyl plank flooring and painting/painting touch ups throughout (151). Completed: New Air Filter, New Doorbell, New Kitchen Under Cabinet Light, Fresh Caulking in Bath, and new Smoke Detector installed (151).

Community Updates: Routine (@monthly) professional cleaning of common areas in place. New grass planted in front of 147-153. Possible resurfacing and expansion of parking lot are being studied as a potential improvement.

2021 UPDATES: Plumbing upgrades to 145 completed. Routine cleaning of common areas scheduled at no extra charge to tenants. Powerwashing of building front, entry walkway and decks for Units 139-145, sealing of decks for Units 139-145. Re-painting of 143. Parking lot repairs. Removal of 5 large trees.

2020 UPDATES: Fresh paint and multiple improvements in unit 149, powerwashing of building 147-153; powerwashing, sealing and staining of decks (units 147-153): gutter cleaning; AC tune ups; and fence improvements. New LVT flooring installed in unit 141. Future improvements that are planned for the properties include powerwashing, sealing, & staining the remaining decks and re-paving the parking lot to add additional marked guest parking.

2019 UPDATES: Powerwashing of building exteriors, a complete refresh of the common areas, and tune-ups for all AC units. Common area updates included the installation of new, non-slip porcelain tile throughout; the replacement of all wall outlets; fresh paint on all walls, trim and the entryways; and new commercial grade entry mats.

Each Raleigh Woods condominium is approx. 900 square feet with a spacious living area that opens up to a generously-sized, semi-private porch with a beautiful wooded view. Washer / dryer, free parking, and curbside trash and recycling pick-up are all included with rent. Every unit has a locked mailbox. Each unit has two bedrooms, one full bath, and a dining area. All units have their own full-size hot water heater. All units come with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/cooktop, and white window blinds on all street-facing windows. Units have easy-care hardwood-look laminate flooring (except units 147 and 153 which are carpeted. Unit 149 has carpet in the bedrooms only). Exact finishes may vary between units.
