No Hidden Fees!
We keep it simple.
At Raleigh Woods, we don’t believe in nickel and diming our tenants. Our residents are never surprised by hidden fees. Note that a number of other properties in the area are priced per bedroom. The stated rent on this unit includes the entire 2BR condo – not just one bedroom. Rent includes basic things like HOA dues, in-unit W/D, routine common area cleaning, pest control (exterior & common areas), basic lawn care, trash pick-up, and recycling collection.
Note: Pets, if approved, require a Pet Addendum, pet fee and pet rent.
About the Owners
As long-time local residents and William & Mary graduates, we are highly responsive to maintenance requests and we aim to deliver the extra attention that only local owners can provide. Whenever possible, we use the same vendors for routine needs such as general maintenance, plumbing, AC, common area cleaning, and lawn care that we would use at our own home. Almost all of the vendors that service our properties know us, they know our buildings, and they even know many of our tenants by name.
